As a natural extension to this work (including the clients mentioned above) Zeal IQ have conducted the procurement project consisting of:

  • Interview all stack holders and users to gather requirements, then match them using our knowledge of the market to pre-select the best suppliers, to be quoting for the work.
  • Writing the briefing documents in the form of user stories and/or presentations and briefing potential suppliers, subsequently managing interaction with suppliers.
  • Writing the procurement documentation and managing the process including fielding most of the Q&A. We approach procurement documentation from both the bidders and customers perspectives to ensure a high and quality response rate. We also model these documents from the final contract template to ensure a smooth migration from procurement through to contracting, reducing: risk, cost, timescales and complexity.
  • Evaluation and scoring of the responses, questioning bidders were necessary and ensure a fair outcome.
  • Short-listing suppliers, designing and managing the BAFO (best and final offer) process.
  • Zeal IQ use this process to ensure the best commercial outcome including using market knowledge to negotiate the best scope / price from the right supplier. We can then conclude the contract quickly and painlessly by ensuring it matches and reflects the procurement process.
